5) Events planned in Hyderabad: We conveyed the message to our team on the activities planned in Hyderabad. Our team from Hyderabad is in process of identifying a government school which doesn’t get any of the funds. Once the school is identified, in the month of October we are planning to conduct a service oriented activity in the same school. And also planning to conduct social awareness drive in a school or in a college soon.
6) Planning for adopting a student in Hyderabad: Once the school is identified by our team, we are planning to adopt a student (a girl) from the same government school from the year 2013.
7) Onetime school fee payment to a student studying 6th standard from AU Telugu Medium School:
1) To Identify our team members whoever are interested to teach the students in government schools in weekend. Here are a few names who are interested from Vizag: Manoja, Sobha, Gayatri, Bindu ,Usha and Raghavendra Baswa.
2) Should conduct Paper donation drive in Vizag once in every 3 months. And regarding Hyderabad and Bangalore, our team will plan this as per their convenience.
3) Conducting sports in the schools to the students who are deaf and dumb.
4) Conducting events in orphan and old age homes.
5) Organizing handicraft sale programs to encourage the financially poor people who prepare the handmade products.
6) White T-shirts and Caps with our FA logo. So that the members from our team can purchase them. We will collect the count of interested members and will order them on a bulk.
7) Should conduct a get together of FA team in Vizag and Hyderabad locations.
8) To gather the feedback from the entire team of Friends Association through the website in regular intervals of time.

2) Logo for FA: We will be finalizing the logos by conducting a poll with our entire FA team. We will communicate the details soon.
3) Banner for FA: We planned to get ready with a banner by the next event.

Student Details:
Rahul Kumar is studying 6th Standard B Section in Andhra University Telugu Medium School. His father is expired and mother is working as a servant.
Regarding Education:
ü Text Books are provided by the Government through the school management for this year.
ü Uniforms are donated by the school teaching staff.
ü Note books are donated by FA to this student during the event on 16th July,2012.
ü This student is still in need of help to pay the school fee.
School Fee is being paid by:
ü Rakesh Kumar Sunkara and Devi Priya Relangi from our FA team are leading a team in separate from the past 2 yrs and are working towards social activities.
ü They came forward to pay the school fee of 615 rupees to Rahul kumar on behalf of their team. Special thanks to their team on behalf of Friends Association.
8) Tree sapling plantation program:
Valuable ideas suggested by our Team:
ü Should identify a school where we can do the plantation program and take the help of drill master in the school to water the plants in regular intervals with the help of students.
ü We are planning to identify a locality where a few of our team members stay and to meet that locality association members. We should cross check with them on how many families among them can come forward to take care of the plants if we plant them outside their house compound walls.
