The women who are in distress will be supported by our organization. We suggest a way to lead their life. Such women who expect our support to lead their life should have strong determination towards work. Thus this programme is named as ‘Sankalpam’. All the women empowerment programmes are considered as a part of ‘Sankalpam’.
Our Activities:
1. We donate sewing machines / groceries to setup a small groceries store / other employment related equipment to support the women in distress.
2. We support self employment training sessions to women.

2013 :
1. Friends
Association for a Change donated a new sewing machine to Mrs. Nelli Ratna at
Visakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 8th March,2013.
2014 :

Association for a Change visited Penugotivada Village of Srikakulam District, Andhra Pradesh on 2nd May, 2014.

1. Friends Association for a Change donated a new sewing machine to Miss P.Varalakshmi at Pathikonda Village, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh on 05th March,2015.
2. Friends Association for a Change appointed a part time sewing faculty to 19 students and 3 faculty of 'Madarsa Islamia Arabia Faizul Quran' at Hyderabad effective from 17th October, 2015.

1. Friends Association for a Change is monitoring the training on tailoring to the students of 'Madarsa Islamia Arabia Faizul Quran' at Hyderabad (as on 26th Jan, 2016).

2. Friends Association for a Change provided training on ladies tailoring work (from 15th Oct,15 to 15th June,16) to the 11 students of 'Madarsa Islamia Arabia Faizul Quran' at Hyderabad.

2020 :
1. Friends Association for a Change donated groceries worth 50,500 rs and groceries weighing machine worth 4,500 rs to support the self employement of T.M.S.V.N.S.Sai Garu (alias Meena Garu) at Tuni, Andhra Pradesh on 24th August,2020.

2021 :
1. Friends Association for a Change donated sewing machines to R.Sravanthi and G.Navaneetha at Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Telangana on 27th Jan,2021 and even started training on tailoring for a duration of 9 months effective from 25th Jan,2021.

2. Status update on FA4C Sankalpam - Women Empowerment program to R.Sravanthi and G.Navaneetha at Moula Ali. Hyderabad. Both the students completed their first level of training on tailoring.
