FA4C donated 100 KG's of rice bags to Bangaruthalli Old Age Home at Visakhapatnam on 11th May, 2016

Dear Friends,

Friends Association for a Change donated 100 KG's of rice bags (Kurnool Sona Masoori Rice) to Bangaruthalli Old Age Home on 11th May, 2016 at Visakhapatnam. 

Our Sincere thanks to:

1) Mr. Pavan Kumar K V and Ms. Praveena Pannu for identifying the old age home at Visakhapatnam and for gathering their requirements.

2) Mr. Ramanjaneyulu K S for visiting the old age home twice to verify the details and to donate the rice bags on behalf of Friends Association for a Change.

Our Sincere thanks to the Financial Contributors:

1) Ms. Kanaka Durga Munukutla for sponsoring an amount of 990 Rupees for rice bags donation.

2) Mr. Bhaskara Rao Doppalapudi for donating an amount of 1,250 Rupees to purchase 25kgs of rice bag. 

3) Ms. Praveena Pannu for sponsoring an amount of 2,000 rupees to purchase the rice bags.

About Bangaruthalli Old Age Home:

Bangaruthalli Old Age Home is located near Srinivasa Nagar Bus Stop, Simhachalam Road, Visakhapatnam-28.

The old age home was registered as a charitable trust with 6 trust members. It was started 10 years back by Mr.Durga Prasad M V S (Mobile: 9391655548).

There are 18 old age people of age above 60.

There is no funding by government or any other sources to this old age home. So they collect certain amount on monthly basis to take care of the aged from the people who joined them.

Every Sunday, a medical camp will be conducted by Satya Sai Trust and basic medicines are provided for free of cost. Rest of the medicines are purchased by old age home on monthly basis.

TV, Radio had been arranged to old people in the trust.

Outside food / left food in functions is not allowed. Old clothes are not accepted.

1) Fruits are allowed to donate.
2) Blankets are allowed to donate.
3) Birthdays can be celebrated with them.

If interested to arrange lunch:  Veg Lunch 3000 rs / Non-Veg Lunch  4000 rs

Requirements: 
Ration items: Rice, Dhal, Oil, Tea, Milk etc. 30k is the amount spent on monthly basis.

We donated 100 KG's of rice bags to Bangaruthalli Old Age Home on 11th May, 2016 at Visakhapatnam.
