Minutes of Meeting of the Annual General Body Meeting held on 1st October, 2017:
1) All the existing board members of Friends Association for a Change decided to continue in the board within the same designations for the year 2017-2018 with the acceptance of the majority of the members of the society as well as the board members of the organization.
2) We discussed on the annual financial reports of Friends Association for a Change for the year 2016-2017 which were audited by Sri Kanna Surya Chandra (The Chartered Accountant, Kanna & Co., M.No. 229692, Guntur). 3) We appointed Sri Kanna Surya Chandra (The Chartered Accountant, Kanna & Co., M.No. 229692, Guntur) as an auditor to the society 'Friends Association for a Change' for the financial year 2017-2018, with the acceptance of the majority of the members of the society as well as the board members of the organization.
