FA4C Sankalpam - Women Empowerment Program to R.Sravanthi and G.Navaneetha at Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Telangana started on 25th Jan,2021

Dear Friends,

Friends Association for a Change received a request from two students Rikkula Sravanthi and Gengili Navaneetha living at Moula Ali, Hyderabad to train them on tailoring courses and to support their self employment.
As a part of Sankalpam program (women empowerment), we decided to help the two students by training them on tailoring for 9 months duration. The training is started effectively from 25th January,2021. We even donated the sewing machines to both the students on 27th January,2021.
Friends Association for a Change paid 5,000 rupees on 25th January,2021 to the tailoring trainer Mrs.Burra Shailaja as a part of first 3 months training. The total tailoring fee of 14,000 rupees (7,000rs to each student) will be paid in 3 installments from our end to the trainer.
We will monitor the training of two students for 9 months duration by maintaining the attendance, practice records and frequent visits to the training premises.
Note: The tailoring course can be kept on hold for few days and even the timings can be changed based on the school timings/examinations of the students.
Complete details of the two students, trainer and even the training course details are provided on the attached screenshots.

We sincerely thank our friend Mrs. Anuradha Vedula for her valuable time and efforts in identifying the trainer and even for purchasing and donating the tailoring machines to the students on behalf of FA4C.
Regards,
