FA4C : MoM of Annual General Body Meeting held on 28th September, 2013 at Visakhapatnam

Minutes of Meeting for the Annual General Body Meeting held on 28th September, 2013:

Time     :   9 AM - 10 AM

1) We discussed on the replacement of existing board members:

       a) Mrs. Swati Koyalada submitted her resignation as a board member on 8th September, 2013 and the rest of the board members accepted for her resignation on the same day. 

       b) We replaced the board member designation with P.V.Srikanth (Chartered Accountant) with the acceptance of the majority of the members & board members of the organization.

       c) As the organization is showing progress, the rest of the board members are decided to be continued in the board for the year 2013-2014 with the acceptance of the majority of the members of the organization.


Here are the list of 10 Board Members for the year 2013 - 2014 :




2) Discussed on the annual financial reports of the year 2012-2013.


3) Passed a resolution to carry an amount of 20,000 rupees in hand for the expenses of the organization and is approved by majority of the members & the board members of the organization. 


The renewal of the society: 'Friends Association for a Change' (Society No. 587 of 2012) will be done on 5th Oct, 2013 by submitting all the required documents along with the audit report to the sub registrar at Visakhapatnam.

FA4C donated Sports Kits to GVMC Primary School on 20th Sep, 2013 at Visakhapatnam


Dear Friends,

As a part of 'Mee Nestham' program:
FA4C donated Sports Kits to GVMC Primary School on 20th Sep, 2013 at Visakhapatnam.



 We got a request from the head mistress of GVMC primary school, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam to provide the sports kits to their school. We visited the school and observed that they doesn’t have any of the sports kits. As it is a primary school (till 5th Standard), even the children are very much interested in sports. The school head mistress gave a commitment to us on taking proper care on sports kits and on issuing them to the children studying in their school in their play timings.


The below are the list of sports kits which are donated by FA4C as per the request by the head mistress of GVMC primary school, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam.


1)    Skipping ropes  : 10

2)    Cricket Bats      : 2

3)    Tennis Balls : 2

4)    Wickets : 3

5)    Wickets Stand : 1

6)    Carom Board & Coins: 2 Sets

7)    Carom Powder : 1 Box

8)    Volley Balls : 2

10)  Shuttle Cocks : 1 Box

11)  Play Rings : 10

12)  Snake & Ladder  + Ludo  with Coins: 2 Sets

13)  Chinese Chakkar Boards & Coins: 5 Sets

14)  Chess Boards & Coins: 2 Sets

FA4C team attended the '6th Annual Transplant Coordinators Workshop' Inauguration function of MOHAN Foundation at Chennai


Dear Friends,

We communicated the below invitation to our team from Chennai to attend on behalf of ‘Friends Association for a Change’.


We had a opportunity to attend the 6th Annual Transplant Coordinators' organized by MOHAN foundation at Chennai. As it is a national event it was full doctors from various parts of India invited by MOHAN Foundation.

The session was very inspirational and informative. People who had undergone organ transplant shared their experiences and thoughts on the importance of organ Donation.

The speakers explained the current shortage in demand of organ donors and requested Co-coordinators to explain the importance and emphasize on organ donation of deceased.
