Friends Association for a Change donated groceries worth 50,500 rs and groceries weighing machine worth 4,500 rupees to support the self employment of T.M.S.V.N.S.Sai Garu (alias Meena Garu) to start her own business at Tuni, Andhra Pradesh on 24th Aug,2020.

Additional details about Meena garu:

Both of her parents are old enough to work. Meena Garu is suffering from health issues due to blood deficiency problem. 

As her parents are old enough and bed ridden, her house owner asked them to vacate. So, she vacated and recently moved to a house with 3,500 rs rent per month.

Her child is studying in a private school and her relative is supporting towards the education of her child for this academic year.

Her friends and local MLA came forward to support the medical expenses of her family.

She worked as a teacher in three different schools. Her students donated 53,500 rs. Out of which 40,000 rs is used for building a wooden store Infront of her house. She paid the house rental advance with the balance amount.

Meena garu requested Friends Association for a Change to support her store with groceries and groceries weighing machine for her self employement.

Our friends donated a total of 55,000 rupees and we purchased groceries worth 50,500 rs and groceries weighing machine worth 4,500 rs to Meena Garu.

FA4C donated groceries to M.Nagamani Garu (aged 70+) at Vijayawada on 04th July,2020 and on 08th Aug,2020

Dear Friends,

We sincerely thank our friend Ms.Akhila Annaiaghgari for donating 5,005 rupees to help the financially poor family of the old woman M.Nagamani (aged 70+) at Vijayawada.

We purchased and donated the groceries worth 2,376 rs on 04th July, 2020 and we even donated groceries worth 2,022 rs on 8th August, 2020.

FA4C donated Rice, Groceries, Phosphate, Urea Bags and 4,500 rs for cultivation labor charges to a financially poor family of a farmer M.Siddi Ramulu at Gangapur(V), Medak (Dist), TS on 03rd July,2020

Dear Friends,

Friends Association for a Change donated 3 Rice Bags, Groceries, 2 Phosphate bags, 2 Urea bags (Note: each bag weighs 25 kgs) to a financially poor family of a farmer named M.Siddi Ramulu (50yrs aged) living at Gangapur Village, Medak District, Telangana on 03rd July,2020.

Phosphate and Urea bags are donated to help the farmer in the cultivation of his paddy field.
We even donated 4,500 rs directly to farmer bank account for cultivation labor charges (vari naatlu veyadaniki) in the field on 26th July,2020.

Both the sons of the farmer are passed away. His wife is mentally retarded.

His elder son who passed away recently on 4th June,2020 is married and had two children. His elder son's wife along with their two children aged 1+ and 4 years are take care by M.Siddi Ramulu.

We sincerely thank our friend Mr.Ashok for travelling to the Gangapur village from Hyderabad, for purchasing and donating the items on behalf of Friends Association for a Change.

Dear Friends,

Friends Association for a Change donated rice and groceries to M.Nagamani Garu (aged 70+) at Vijayawada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh on 04th June,2020.

Complete details of M.Nagamani Garu:

M.Nagamani aged 70+ years is a single mother who lost her husband many years back. She lives with her son who is nearly 55 years old. Her son is a liver patient and he cannot walk more than 10ft at a time. So, he is not working. None of their family members are with them to support financially.

Currently, old woman is working as a cook for a family and is living in a single room given by the owner. She earns 2k salary per month.

According to the information we have, her son is not using any medicines for his liver as they don't have enough money. They do not get pension from government.

This family was identified at Vijayawada by our friend Mr.Raghav Annavarapu.

Our sincere thanks to our friend Mrs. Pallavi Gandhe for donating 1,800 rs to FA4C to purchase groceries and rice to this family. We even thank our friend Mr.Raghav Annavarapu for his valuable time in identifying the needy, for purchasing and donating rice and groceries on behalf of Pallavi and FA4C on 4th June,2020.

In addition, Mrs.Pallavi Gandhe personally donated 1200 rs by cash to the family for their other expenses.
