Dear Friends,
Sankalpam (Women Empowerment):
Friends Association for a Change donated 2 sewing machines and completed the three phases of tailoring training to the two students R.Sravanthi and G.Navaneetha at Moula Ali, Hyderabad. The tailoring training took place for a duration of 9 months.
Both the students are confident enough to start the practice on their own.
Friends Association for a Change spent 25,100 rupees for the three phases of training to the two students. We spent 12,100 rs on 2 tailoring machines, scissors etc and 13,000 rs for 3 phases of training to the two students.
The first two phases of training is done by the tailor Mrs.B.Shailaja and the third phase of training is done by the tailor Mrs.Locharla Rani.
FA4C tracked the students progress in learning the course and even we tracked their attendance.
Attached are the photographs of the two students displaying few models which are stitched by them after completing third phase of training.
We sincerely thank all our friends for your valuable support in sponsoring the students financially by donating directly to the bank account of Friends Association for a Change.
We sincerely thank our friend Mrs.Anuradha garu for handling this initiative in a proper way by coordinating with the trainers and students for a duration of 9 months.
