FA4C spent 43,724 rupees to help the farmer M.Siddaiah in the construction of his house ceiling at Gangapur (V), Haveli Ghanpur(M), Medak Dist., TG on 10th Oct,2024

Dear Friends,

Friends Association for a Change spent 43,724 rupees to help a farmer family in covering the ceiling of his newly constructed house with steel blue sheets and also the main door of the house compromised of 2 rooms (one hall and one kitchen) constructed in an area of 1.4 cents at Gangapur Village, Haveli Ghanpur Mandal, Medak District, Telangana. 

FA4C purchased the raw material, spent on the transport, labor and fitting charges on 10th Oct,2024 and on 18th Oct,2024. 

Details of the Farmer:

Name    : Mamidi Siddaiah

Age            : 62 years

Children    : 3 (Two sons (one passed away) and One daughter married)

Occupation  : Agriculture labor.

Salaries        : Daily labor and no fixed salary.

Own house or land: 1.4 cents of own land which is constructed in 1960 was collapsed, no other land.

Financial   : No financial support. One son is passed away, One daughter got married and staying away. She can’t support as she is suffering with health issues. The other son is very poor to support financially as he is a daily labour at civil construction sites. He was married in 2013 and have two children. A daughter and a son. He has no fixed salary. Daily he has to search for job. He is staying out of village. The farmer Siddaiah is of 62 years old and currently not able to work. His wife is only taking care of him by working as a labour in agricultural works on daily basis.

Govt(or)NGO Support: No support in any terms. He is not even receiving pension till now due to names mistakes in govt certificate. This will be rectified soon as per the info from village panchayat secretary to issue his pension.
